Hello! I'm Rachel Kelsey. I just received my Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Sustainability from Kettering University and am now ready to start my career! 

I have developed a strong foundation in engineering, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving, enabling me to approach complex challenges with an analytical and results-driven mindset. Innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement motivate me as I seek to advance the automotive and manufacturing industries.

In addition to my academic efforts, I enjoy being outdoors and staying active.
